Our Logo
Our logo was designed by a pupil in a competition held when we originally opened, as a middle school, in March 1989.
Our logo takes the colours from Thomas Coram’s famous red and gold coat.
The boat represents Thomas Coram’s past as a shipwright and sailor.
The gold ‘t’ represents not only Thomas Coram’s initial, but also the gold of the triumph of the cross of Christ, recognising our foundation as a Church of England school.
The whole logo is contained in a ring to represent unity as a school family; and God having no beginning and no end.
